Delete Your Account

Learn how to permanently delete your Elysian Marching account and understand what happens to your data.

This action is permanent

Deleting your account is immediate and irreversible. All of your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please make sure you want to proceed before following these steps.

How to Delete Your Account (Mobile App)

You can delete your account directly from the Elysian Marching iOS app by following these steps:

Open the App & Go to Your Account

Launch the Elysian Marching app and tap on your Account tab at the bottom of the screen.

Open Settings

Tap the Settings icon (gear) in your account screen.

Navigate to Account Settings

Under Privacy & Security, tap Account to access your profile settings.

Go to Edit Profile

Tap Edit Profile to view your profile details.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Profile screen and tap the red Delete Account link.

Confirm Deletion

You will be asked to confirm your decision. A dialog will appear with the message "This action cannot be undone. Are you sure?" Tap Delete to permanently remove your account, or Cancel to go back.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers. This includes:

Fan Accounts

  • Your profile and personal information
  • Posts, comments, and likes
  • Play history and music library
  • Follow relationships
  • Notifications and device tokens
  • Ticket purchases and subscriptions

Organization Accounts

  • Organization profile and settings
  • All events and adjudication data
  • Albums, tracks, and ratings
  • Posts and all interactions
  • Staff members and permissions
  • Payment history and ticket records

Important Information

Immediate & Permanent

Account deletion is processed immediately. There is no waiting period or cooling-off window. Once confirmed, your data cannot be restored.

Logged Out Automatically

After your account is deleted, you will be automatically logged out of the app and returned to the home screen.

Want to Come Back?

If you decide to use Elysian Marching again in the future, you are welcome to create a new account. However, your previous data will not be available.
